Home Delivered Meals
Serving Gogebic and Ontonagon counties, the Home Delivered Meal Program is designed to assist home bound seniors in meeting their nutritional needs by delivering meals to their homes up to seven days a week.
Each meal is nutritious, tastes great, and is delivered to the home of a senior who is not able to leave their home under normal circumstances. The suggested donation per meal is $5.00, but no one is ever denied service due to their inability to donate. Without donations, GOCAA would not be able to serve every senior in need of Home Delivered Meals.
In addition to providing healthy and well-balanced meals, the meal deliverers also provide an important service by checking on the home bound seniors when they deliver the meal.
